Property Description

If you are looking for a truly luxurious Lake Michigan estate, the property currently known as the 'Moondance Lake House' offers an unparalleled coastal lifestyle that seamlessly transitions from a highly successful, top-rated vacation rental into the ultimate primary residence. Situated on a beautifully wooded lot at the quiet end of a private cul-de-sac along prestigious Lakeshore Drive, this custom-built masterpiece boasts 100 feet of private Lake Michigan beach frontage. Command panoramic views of the shoreline from a position of total privacy, all while remaining just minutes from the vibrant culture of Saugatuck and Douglas. Every detail of the main floor is designed for effortless living and sophisticated entertaining, featuring a fabulous cook's kitchen that opens to a spacious dining area, an elegant living room, and a custom-paneled home office complete with a dedicated workspace and private bar area. The main level also thoughtfully includes a queen bedroom suite, an additional full bath with a walk-in shower, and a convenient powder room. Upstairs, the home transforms into a private family sanctuary. The primary suite serves as a personal oasis, boasting a king bed, a private balcony overlooking the water, and a spa-like bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and bidet. Three additional beautifully appointed guest bedrooms (one ensuite, two sharing a full bath) ensure plenty of space for family and friends, while a separate, massive bunk wing--complete with a kitchenette and TV lounge--provides the perfect dedicated space for kids or long-term guests. While currently celebrated by guests as a pristine, five-star getaway, the outdoor amenities make it feel entirely like a permanent forever home. Directly across the street, you'll enjoy your 100 feet of private beach access down to the Lake Michigan shore. The expansive front porch is ideal for watching the sunset, while the sprawling backyard greenspace features a patio with a gas grill and dining table, a cozy firepit, a refreshing outdoor shower,
